I had the most fabulous time at this studio doing both laughter yoga and a sound bath, and I can't wait to try out the bungees, Zumba, and burlesque classes! What an incredible space for sisterhood and fun! My friends and I felt extremely welcomed and had a lovely afternoon here and we will definitely be back. Their slogan here is, "when you hate to exercise and you love to have fun," which I think is spot on. Star the owner is incredibly committed to community and has done a beautiful job bringing her passion and energy to the studio. I highly recommend this studio for exercises of all shapes, ages, and sizes!

Bungee fitness was always something I've wanted to try and it did not disappoint! Star & Lisa were wonderful, I talked my sister in law into joining me for one of their first classes after opening and we had a blast. The studio is lovely and the classes perfectly sized so you feel comfortable learning and have the ability to have that one on one coaching + they instantly make you feel at home, really. They have shakes available which are also delicious. Truly recommend them and can't wait to take another class!
