If you’re a beginner and just starting out then 2-4 times per week will be enough to see results and allow you to adjust.
You’ll be sore some days, so allow yourself recovery days between training sessions at first – over the course of the following months work up towards 5 days per week if you want to maximize! Sign up today!
We offer an exciting, challenging and varied programming which will keep it fun! The workouts are published in advance
Some days are more strength focused where will focus on our lifts. Movements like barbell squats, kettlebell swings and occasionally some olympics lifts will be included.
Other days, we may focus more on cardio & conditioning with rowers and bikes. Some days are focused on body weight movements like pushups, sit-ups, and pull-ups. Some days are a mix of everything. Sign up today!
Each class is 60 minutes and led by qualified coaches. We always start together with a warm-up designed to activate the muscles being used in the workout.
The coach will brief the group on the workout, the movements, and the proper form. During the workout, the coach will be guiding and providing instruction.

Bungee workouts are low-impact, full-body cardio that use bungees to perform classic bodyweight exercises. The bungees will try to pull you up into the air, creating a resistance for you to work against. You can harness the bungees at your waist or hold them in your hands.
This is a low impact form of fitness, but it is NOT no impact. Bungee fitness, accompanied by a prescribed dietary plan, can be a very effective tool for fat loss if done consistently. Many of our clients have lost anywhere from 15-60 lbs.
Bungee fitness is a low-impact, high-intensity cardio workout that has you flying in the air and diving to the ground. The cord is pulling you up so your job is to keep it down and to do that you use a lot of core and legs.
Although you’re just using a basic cord, there’s an infinite number of different moves you can do in a bungee class. When it’s used in the correct way, it’s a total body workout that delivers core strength, better flexibility and it builds on your endurance too.
Other types of people who can benefit from this, health experts said, are those with arthritis, bad knees, hips, or those just looking for something different but still want to burn hundreds of calories.
Perhaps best of all, bungee fitness is light and easy on the joints. It’s a sensation akin to jumping on a cloud. Bungee fitness won’t cause the strain that you might experience with other high-impact workouts.
Building Muscles, Burning Fat
The bungee cord eases the effort needed for resistance movements such as planks or push-ups. However, the continuous motion of the workout activates and burns body fat while simultaneously building muscle.
